Membership is open for anyone would like to join the choir, you are invited to attend an online rehearsal to see if the choir meets your needs. If it does, we would be delighted to welcome you to our community.
Online Rehearsals for the start of 2021
We do not foresee being able to rehearse together physically until after the Summer. We have therefore scheduled online rehearsals for Grand Union Community Choir until the end of July. We will review the situation regularly and will post any changes on the website.
Our rehearsals are recorded and are available for viewing, via the members’ website, for one week following each rehearsal. This makes all rehearsals available to members who are unable to attend a live rehearsal or to those who do not wish to use Zoom.
The choir currently meets online on a Thursday evening. Rehearsals start at 8.00pm and finish at 9.00pm.
GUCC Virtual Singing Membership includes:
- Zoom links to all rehearsals, social events and concerts

- Downloadable Music (where appropriate)

Online Socials
Online social events are held on the third Tuesday of every month starting at 8.00pm and finishing at 9.00pm.
Current Fees
Membership fees can be paid in a number of options:
- £20 monthly
- £200 yearly (12 months for the price of 10)
- £110 half-hearly (12 months for the price of 11)
Where we rehearse (before and hopefully after Covid-19)
Rehearsals start at 8.00pm and finish at 9.30pm.
The choir rehearses at Southcott Lower School, Bideford Green, Leighton Buzzard LU7 2UA
There are two small car parks available as well as some space for “on-road” parking.
Disabled access can be arranged if required.
